  • Simple & Healthy Smoothies (1.5 hours) – Demo presentation (with samples) of 5 different smoothies you can make in minutes with common, easy to find ingredients, that you probably already have in your house.


  • How to Eat More Plants (2 hours) – I explore what is one or two changes you can make to your diet/lifestyle to achieve each of these goals: better health, lower carbon footprint, animal compassion. Then we will explore strategies for how to make these changes. There will be plenty of time for Q&A. Depending on your venue, light refreshments can be provided for socializing after the talk.


  • Let’s Eat More Plants (Series of 6 meetings – 2 hours each) – Six sessions include some lecture, some discussion, cooking demo & tasting. The units are: Basic Breakfasts, Luscious Lunches, Delicious Dinners, Baked Goods for All, Successful Socializing, and Beyond the Kitchen


  • Take the 30 Day Vegan Challenge (1 month – 2.5 hours each week) – Interactive Workshop. We read and follow suggestions from the 30 Day Vegan Challenge book by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau (texts provided). We meet once a week to cook a meal, discuss our successes and shortcomings. I offer support and suggestions. Unlimited text/email support provided during the 30 days.
