Welcome! My name's Alex and I am Your Vegan Mentor :) As a vegan lifestyle coach, I’m here to help you navigate your vegan journey with ease, confidence, and flavor! In our weekly class, you’ll learn how to cook delicious, easy-to-follow, and nutrient-balanced vegan recipes, engage in meaningful conversations about veganism, make a positive impact on your health and the planet through food, and so much more! All while meeting other, like-minded individuals and building a supportive community. Let’s cook, learn, and thrive together!
Each Week We Will...
Join the Group in a Zoom Call: Every week, I will guide the group and we’ll cook a brand-new vegan recipe together!
Chat While We Cook: We’ll dive into all things vegan—from plant-based nutrition (protein, fiber, supplements, etc.) to ethical eating, climate change, animal rights, and how to navigate social situations as a vegan - or just talk about whatever is on our minds!
Eat Together: After cooking, you’ll have the option to stay on the call, eat with the group, chat, and connect with like-minded people!
How The Class Works
Community Chat: You will be welcomed into a WhatsApp Group Chat with your fellow vegan chefs! This will be a space to continue conversations, share recipes with each others, ask questions, and support one another throughout the week.
Class Schedule: Our cooking calls happen every Sunday via Zoom. The calls will vary based on what time works best for everyone each week (there will be a poll sent out each previous week to gauge what time is best). We will cook a new recipe each week, so you’ll always have something new and exciting to try! And the cooking portion of the call will be recorded, so if you can't make the call, but would like to watch the live cooking demonstration, it'll be in a Google Drive folder for you to access!
Written Recipe: Every Monday before our upcoming call, the group will receive the week's recipe and a list of ingredients!
Optional Hangout Time: After cooking, feel free to stick around to have dinner together! Let's all get to know each other and build connections!

The investment for 8 weeks of cooking with a like-minded community is $125,
about $16 per class!
